Win XP an adware magnet? That's like saying the Pope's
Catholic hi hi.

Seriousley though, anything running on the NTFS platform,
which is alledgedly the most effiecnt storage method yet,
(I got a bridge for sale) is without a doubt the most
security-plagued OS ever released by Microsoft.

Why do you think the FBI released a report on the holes
(security) that XP has in it? In a test, I managed to
"hack" my own laptop & desktop running XP Pro & home
respectively, due to the level of "security" in XP

You're way better off going no later (Windows) then
98SE/ME, or better yet, "alternative" OS' like Beos, Red
Hat, Mandrake, or "Lindows".
