[Ham-Computers] Hot Key For Win 98se

This is a hot key using a specified letter preceded by CTRL+ALT. It can be used
at anytime, from nearly anywhere. The desktop is totally unnecessary.

I always go via Desktop, irrespective where I want the shortcut....
