[Ham-Computers] Hot Key For Win 98se

Greetings, 	
	
This is a new system, but running under Windows 98 SE with all updates, patches
and so forth.	
	
I tried to create a shortcut hot key. But here is what happened.	
	
1. Task Bar, ALT+Enter for properties.		
	
2. I went through the usual tabs to the 'advanced' button, pressed enter. 	
	
3. Pressed "P" for programs. (It was not open, so I opened it.)    	
	
4. Pressed 'M' for the MSDOS prompt. But it is not there! It is, however, on the
main Programs menu.	
	
Why is it not showing up here where it can be selected for use?
