[Ham-Computers] Question abt Win 98

By not working properly, what do you mean?
What is happening when you try to run the defrag?

What is the capacity of the disk drive?
How much free space does the drive have?

Is this Windows 98 Second Edition?
What error messages are you getting?

I hate to ask so many questions, but there are many reasons that you
could be having problems running a defrag.
