[Ham-Computers] From Dave's Desk

Unwise.exe is the uninstallation program that came with it. When there is
one of those, I use it instead of windows add/remove because I assume it is
tailered for that particular program. Double click it and see if you get an
error-free uninstall.

On the other hand, I have perfectly fine business management software that,
when I need to uninstall and re-install, does the exact same thing and can't
open Install.log but it goes ahead and cleans up everything but install.log.
I just manually delete the file and folder and go on with the project.

Hello all,
I seem to be having some problems when trying to remove certain free
programs from my computer. Using the XP add remove program on the
program I want to un-install I get a
window that says, Could not open INSTALL.LOG file.
I check in the programs file folder and see that the INSTALL.LOG file is
there. Also there is an unwise.exe file there also.
How to I remove these programs??
