Mike,
Adobe Acrobat does not work with screen reading software, used by those who are
visually impaired, as I am. Additionally, it is not universally used and hence
not practical for mass distribution.
If you are willing to copy these 22 pages into a .pdf file, being sure it prints
each page without truncating the page or appending a portion of the next page to
it, I will mail them to you. You can put the finished product on a CD and mail
it back. I will pay the shipping costs.
