[Ham-Computers] MicroSoft JavaScript - how to remove

I uninstalled (I thought) MicroSoft's JaveScript variant and installed one 
from Sun Microsystems.  But I keep getting security (bug) fix notifications from 
MicroSoft Update.  The Automatic Update notification doesn't have an option 
for "go away and don't bother me with this again".  Any ideas on how to 
eradicate this?
