[Ham-Computers] Norton SystemWorks-Useful?

If you're happy, stick with it.
I can't say I've had good luck with Norton, except for AV.

Sticking in my obligatory fifteen cents, I'd recommend dumping ME and
going to 2000 or XP (I prefer 2000, ymmv). If your computer won't
support it, you might want to consider upgrading (you can buy boxes at
computer shows for cheap).

My Win2k box has Norton Antivirus, Zone Alarm (free), and sits behind a
cable router.

Ad-Aware and Spybot Search&Destroy are great free spyware removal
tools. S&D has a utility called Tea Timer that watches for things being
added to startup and asks your permission first (not activated by
default).

Finally, most of the crap your computer collects is from Internet
Explorer and loose security settings. Do yourself a favor and download
Opera (the fastest and my personal favorite) or Firefox and jack your
security settings up. Most of this is free, so there's no reason not
to.

Best of luck - continue to ask questions,
-jeff
