[Ham-Computers] Re Invalid Page Fault

Greetings All, 	
	
When I try to run a known to be good .jpg with the 'run' command, I am now
getting an invalid page fault error. it seems to be about 'wininet.dll', from
what I can gather.	
	
Any ideas as to what caused this to suddenly happen? How do i fix it?	
	
Nothing has been downloaded. No e-mail with attachments has been opened. This
system does handle e-mail, but does not get on the Internet otherwise.	
	
No other malfunctions or failures have been noted.
