[Ham-Computers] Resizing jpg images

John,

If you are running XP, the "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" will do it
automatically. Before XP I used an old version of Photoshop. I understand
several other programs like "Paint shop Pro" that are much cheaper than
Photoshop can do your task also.
