[Ham-Computers] Hard drive crash

Honestly to me it sounds more like a BIOS problem....or your on board 
ide is going "south"
But it could be the Controller on the Harddrive.

Never done a disk clone
I think there are programs out there that can do this.
WinXP does it out of the box....
