[Ham-Computers] Re Zip Disk Problem

This is probably obvious if you can'see', but I can not and I am stuck.	
	
I know that a zip disk has a write protect tab, but where is it? I am holding
the disk just as it goes into the drive. Keeping that picture in your mind,
please tell me exactly where to 'look' for the tab, or whatever it is, that
enables/disables the write protection.	
	
Additionally, please tell me how it is enable/disabled.
