[Ham-Computers] RE: Mail Problem

Hello All

Thanks to all those who offered me possible solutions to my no mail
problem.
Suddenly this morning for some reason this morning I started getting
digests. My
subscription option was always set to "MAIL". In fact when I subscribed
to
this list I took the standard default options.

This reminds me of when I used to troubleshoot 1.5 MB data comm. lines.
The
line would go down. We would run modem loop back tests, bit error rate
tests,
etc. to no avail aand then would notify the local Bell Operating
Company. About 2 hours later the line would start working perfectly
again. When we would query Ma Bell
as to what the problem was they would always say 'nothing, that line was
always working OK"

Something changed somewhere!!
