Well you just learned what many of us already knew about Aaron. He is indeed one
very knowable person and puts tech support (and I use that term lightly!) to
shame.

Aaron is the DA MAN, he pateintly walked me thru my problem with my Dell all
in 1 printer, he kept me from buying another HD, cause Dell told me I had to
back up all my files on another HD and reload everything, which I can only
imagine how many hours that would have taken, to get my printer back
working.

I'll let him describe what he did to solve the problem, but I can guarantee
that Dell never would have figured it out!
