[Ham-Computers] Antivirus & Firewall Input Needed

Greetings to the list.

I'm thinking of rebuilding an old PC (Packard Bell M400) for my son's
use. (Future Ham? hi hi)

Here's the specs, 166 Pentium, 80 megs EDO Ram. Win 98SE & Plus, IE 6.0
(with all updates)
40x CDROM (LG) and 56k V.92 "Generic" modem.

Considering that this is an older machine, what would be the best
Firewall & antivirus programs to use?
(Registered or free) Ideally, the antivirus should have both "Real Time &
Right Click Scan" capabilities. Scanning while booting up, would be a big
plus.
