[Ham-Computers] "Run-A-Way" swap file

One of your programs, quite possibly one of the ones that runs in the
background, has a memory leak. The only reliable way to find out which one
is to disable them one at a time until the problem goes away. When you
disable one and your problems cease, that's your culprit - leave it disabled
or uninstall it.
Unfortunately, you may have more than one leak.
Likely(est) candidates are Outlook Express and the Office "indexing"
service, and your virus program(s), but there may be others.
