[Ham-Computers] Frontpage 2000 problems

Just got this software, trying to use it to work on my webpage on www.qsl.net. 
Can't seem to get it to publish the files to the server. I set it to
ftp://ftp.qsl.net and it tries to do a 'listing pages ftp://ftp.qsl.net:21' 
It waits a couple of minutes and then come up with-
No transfer timeout (120 seconds)
Am I doing something wrong?
WS-FTP works fine but if possible, I'd like to use Frontpage 2000.
