Hi John,
As you're running Outlook Express, this should work, I've used this program
named below. It's useful for plain old backups and for moving to another
PC. I had great luck with its handy features wherein it also configs the PC
you're moving to with your folders, rules, and mail servers. I had it screw
up the outgoing mail server once, but that's the really easy part. The
great thing is it saves all the time-intensive setup.
Take a look at http://www.abf-soft.com/outlook-express-backup.shtml ,
which appears to be the one for outlook express only.
