[Ham-Computers] Blocking incoming HTML-based mail?

In the Linux world one generally has more control of features, so
I cannot be certain you have the same features in your M$ E-mail
app -- in the E-mail section of Mozilla 1.5 (also available now for M$, 
I believe) you may merely toggle a setting to accept HTML, convert it to 
plain text, or perhaps even bounce it back to the sender.
