[Ham-Computers] info on backing up files

I understand from Linux users that for some goofy reason Compaq doesn't
include the drivers and backup software on the Rescue disk ... duh!
If you aggravate them enough they should send you the two cds that
include that stuff.
I suspect they want you to do the backup so you preserve those files
(hopefully not damaged by the attack) and then use them (and certain
other customized apps) during the "restore" process.
