Think you need to do some web browsing.  I think ".PAB" went away when
Exchange became Outlook.  I think they might be combined in the ".PST".  I
think you can manually create ".PAB" but if you went to Contacts from
Address Book then I am pretty sure they are combined.

Thanks, but *.PST files do not contain Address Book Data.

Look for a *.PST file - that contains ALL your Outlook information - but you
can import as little or as much as you want from it.
