[Ham-Computers] Juno ver 4.0

Juno v1.49 and eariler were built for 16-bit O/S like Win 3.11 and below
since Juno can't detect if you are running Win 9x, or later thats why you
haven't received the upgrade....

Juno 2.0 and above were built for 32-bit O/S ....for Win 9x and above and
with the new versions they are able to tell that you are running Win 9x
b/c you would have to be running Win 9x or above.......  upgrades are
automatic... no choice after version 2.0 and above.....


I hope this clears up the water....some......:) :)
