Subject: [Ham-Computers] RAMBUS memory
I have a P 4 computer that uses the Intel motherboard, with RAMBUS
(RDRAM) memory. The board recommends that a fan be used to keep the
memory cool. It is running quite warm (especially compared to the
CPU), and I would like to put a fan on it, as Intel recommends. I
have searched the internet, and all I find is "cooling kits" for
SDRAM, and none for RDRAM. I have verified with the manufacturer that
the ones for the SDRAM will not fit on the RDRAM.
My question is this:
Does anyone who where we can find the appropriate fan for the RDRAM?
Thanks for your help.
