Phil,

   If you discover multiple sources I am in need of one also.

   I'd prefer a Full Version but an Upgrade Version is acceptable --
must not only have the Code Key but must be a fully legal original
with a letter from the seller stating that it is not in use elsewhere.

   They should be only $20. or so.
