	If all you need is headers & footers, nearly any word processing
program that runs under WIN98 will do that easily (i.e., MS Word, MS
Works, MS Wordpad--which comes free with the OS, StarOffice, etc.). If
you don't have any word processor at all on your machine, try
www.tucows.com and check for a simple word processor in their shareware
collection.
