I, too, am using ZoneAlarm Pro 3.0, Norton SystemWorks 2002, and Windows XP
Pro on each computer of my network (6). In addition, I have NAT in the
digital router. Not one single problem. My experience has been, when you
delete a program, DO NOT delete the system drivers! Windows uninstaller
will notify you of these when it comes to them. All you do is click on "No
To All", then reboot when finished. Simple! If you don't follow the
foregoing, the result will be as you have described. I have uninstalled the
older versions of ZoneAlarm Pro without any problems to reinstall the newer
versions.
I've found that most problems are operator error.
