I can vouch for that.  A couple years back I installed it on my machine AND
a friends machine (isn't that what friends are for 8^) and it trashed both
of them.  I tried to remove it as I was very unhappy with it and ended up
having to format both mine and his drives and start a complete re-load from
scratch.  That was what prompted me to buy "Drive Copy" and install a 2nd
hdd on my computer for complete backup.  That has saved my butt more than
once.  (As Duane says, I like to tinker).
