[Ham-Computers] Which Firewall?

Hello folks
I've recently installed Win XP Pro and like it just fine.  One (more)
question.  XP Pro has an integral firewall built in.  I'm running the
Ontrack "System suite 4.0 which also has a firewall as well as a virus
scanner and a lot of other goodies.  

Now, I already know  should only run ONE firewall here as both XP Pro
and Ontrack has said so.  WHICH ONE is the better firewall for Internet
use (one computer with no other 'pooters networked to it)?  Or is it a
case of Oranges vs. Oranges?
