[Ham-Computers] Question abt Outlook Express

Hello all I hope someone can lead some insight into a problem I'm having.
I get emails from a coworker who has a Yahoo email address and for some
reason I cant open them, does anybody know why....

Is there a special program I need with my Outlook Express that will help me
or is there a option within Outlook Express that I need to turn on, I have
looked but I don't see anything special that looks like it needs to be
checked...
