[Ham-Computers] Pentium II 233 Over-Clocking ?

In a word, why?

Why overclock? Say you can increase the CPU speed by 10%, or even 15%.
Will you notice the speed increase? Probably not. So you risk damaging
your hardware for a speed increase that you won't even notice. 

Just my two cents...
