[Ham-Computers] Increasing An Image Size

In order to increase the size of the image, you have to use a
program that will interpolate the missing pixels (which determine the
size of the printed picture) or will reduce the resolution (in dpi) of
the picture (if it is higher than that of your printer).

Unfortunately, neither of these is easy to do if you can't
immediately see the results (you can, obviously, "type in" the size you
want with those programs, but the result may be very unsatisfactory).

I have a pretty extensive graphics system on my computer and, if
it would help, I'd be glad to use Photoshop or a similar program to make
the changes you want. If it would help, just email the picture to me (at
[email protected]) as an attachment to a message and let me know the
finished dimensions you want (and the resolution of the printer--in
dpi--that you will be printing it on) and I'll be glad to resize it and
sharpen the image to make up for the interpolation then email it back to
you.

	Hope it helps,
