[Ham-Computers] Increasing An Image Size

Hi
Microsoft's imagining is a only a limited image editor, as far as i know 
you will need to use the likes of Paint shop Pro et al.
You can download PSP at www.jasc.com or if you send the image to me I could 
resize it for you if you tell me the size you want it
