[Ham-Computers] NEED ASSIST

Turn off the scanner and turn on the scanner after the machine boots.

Running a version of windows and a USB scanner is my guess.

Some scanners tell you to leave the scanner off until the software is installed.

You will spend much time trying to solve this problem.

I am running ME and a USB scanner and found it was difficult and had to remove
the TWAIN files to properly re-install the old scanner after trying a friends
scanner.
