[Ham-Computers] Linksys-RoadRunner Conflict

Greetings to the list.

I seem to have a conflict that I can't resolve.

I'm using roadrunner, and a Linksys BEFSR41 router. The problem I'm having, 
is that after RR was installed, I can't "Allow" any up-loads while running 
any P2P programs. (WinMX, KaZaa, etc.)

As far as I can tell, the conflict's in my port settings, but I'm not sure 
how to set them. I tried hooking my pc directly to my cable modem, but that 
doesn't help.

Suggestions ?  Settings ?  Download Sites ?

ANY advice will be helpful.
