	It depends on your email software. In some clients, you can just
drag-and-drop the file into the text window and it will playback. In
most, however, it is treated as an attachment instead.=20

	You _could_ code a short html routine to play it on receipt--but
it's not a very good idea. Many anti-virus programs will automatically
delete a self-executing program, including a self-playing media file,
which is actually a pretty good idea. Any email program that will let
you execute a wav file w/o specifically approving it (i.e., autorun
versus an attachment) leaves a security hole a mile wide for anyone to
exploit with a virus or Trojan and if someone with such an email program
IS infected, chances are pretty good that it's your innocuous email/wav
message that they'll remember receiving--and blame for the infection.

	The best (and most polite) way to send a media file is as an
attachment with a simple "play the attached wav file) message.
