[Ham-Computers] WIN XP and WIN 98

I think the problem is that Win98 has low security and XP high security.

In Xp is most probably like Win2000 the laptop needs to be part of the same group, 
and the user needs to be identified in XP.

Its a Window NT, 2000, Xp security thing, not sure exactly but under Control Panel 
you need to give permissions to the Window Group the laptop is in.
