1948 hardbound 310p book: "Antenna Manual" by Woodrow Smith; an "Editors & Engineers" volume; some neat old photos & illustrations.  some wear to binding and cover edges and corners, some slight rubbing to the cover; binding strong, overall fairly good shape for it's age; nice insides.  

contents include: Radiation & Propagation of Radio Waves, Transmission Lines, Basic Antenna Theory, Low & Medium Frequency Antenna Systems, High Frequency Antenna Systems, VHF & UHF Antenna Systems, Receiving Antenna Considerations, Coupling to the Antenna System, Measuring Systems & Techniques, Antenna for Navigation Aids.

Smith was editor of both Radio Magazine and Radio Handbook, and a USN radar & radio engineer, so expect a lot of theory, math, charts, etc., combined w/ real world info.
