Is there anyone who specializes in the repair of Hallicrafter's equipment?  I have a friend with an SR-150 who is looking for someone who can repair it.  The rig works, but has an intermittent transmit issue.
 
I've never worked on any Hallicrafter's equipment, or I would take a stab at it.  Someone with experience can probably find the problem easily.
