Try Radio Daze for replacement dials.
I've bought a few sets for the SX-28's and they look great.
Very high quality product.
You should be able to find a PDF on line of the manual which should have all
the Info you need for full restoration.

New to me SX-23 in good shape. 
 
Could use some info on restringing the dial cord and also a picture or two
of the main dial plastic lens. The text on my lens is worn off and I'm
looking into having a new one made.
