[Hallicrafters] SX-28 recapping tutorial

hi Tom, Joe, et al,
	Emanuele Girlando, IW1DHI, has tackled the SX-28 as if it were an 
engineering project.  It is very well documented, with pix & sketches. 
I thought he was an engineer, as I am, but he told me he is not.
