[Hallicrafters] SX-28 recapping tutorial

Some time back, there was (on the web) a very good "older" tutorial on the
relatively "simpler" way to replace those horrid caps "In & Under The
Fence".  My SX-28 (left the factory 12/41 !!) is 90% done and works
splendidly, but yeah, I've held off on those ones you have to "excavate"
for.  If anybody knows a source for THIS older version of the "how to do it"
(I've found a few more, but not as good, I'm told), I'd sure like it.
...and yes, I have my hemostats ready.
