[Hallicrafters] [Hammarlund] QST Resizing

Pretty sure I read it was about costs.  Partly paper and printing but
mostly (?) postage.

BUT, comparing side-by-side, I see it's almost the same width as "Model
airplane News" (and a little shorter) and same height as "Car and Driver"
(but a little bit narrower).  ???????
