[Hallicrafters] R-247 Alignment Bands V and VI

Bands I thru IV aligned fine wit the exception of the dial linearity issue
noted in a previous post. I didn't get to that yet as I want to get thru
aligning all six bands first.
 
When adjusting the Osc section I find that the upper ends of bands V and VI
are very touchy when adjusting to the point that I can not accuratly get
them to adjust at a specific dial setting. Its more like make an adjustment
and then tune to find the signal. The low end of each band aligns fine. 
 
Later today or this evening I'll take a look at the band V and VI osc
modules, maybe some of the caps in them are flakey.
