[Hallicrafters] SX-117 oscillator issues on 20, 15, and 10

Any thoughts would be appreciated...

I have an E revision SX-117 currently on the bench.  IFs align all good, 
but when I got the oscillator section, I can only get output at Test 
point 1 on 80 and 40.  Replaced the 12AT7, which resulted in better 
output on 80 and 40, but nothing on 20,15,10. Checked the crystal 
oscillators with my IC-718, and I hear signals as appropriate, although 
my 20 meter crystal seems centered on 20.460.  Regardless, I can't get a 
peak on the VTVM from the coil like I can with 80 and 40.  Even put a 25 
MHz crystal in slot three, and it seems to work OK (18.750 MHz).


All band switches look OK, and could have swore it was working at one 
time (few months ago.)



Any suggestions as to possible failure points?
