Hi Tom. Welcome. I've been trying to buy a SX-117 main knob for several YEARS. nada

There are several sellers that have the metal 0-100 disk. Charlie, W3ICH is where I got mine. (hope that's correct)

First post to the list:

Picking up a (new to me) SX-101A later this week. I have not used one of these since the early 70's and am looking forward to recreating the station I first used as a novice.
 
Problem is the receiver I'm buying has a non stock tuning knob. Doing a web search I'm surprised to find that these knobs don't seem to be available anywhere.
 
Is this true??
 
Any suggestions for locating one or a type that looks good on the radio, maybe the SX-117 style?
