[Hallicrafters] SX-28 cap plates

A good read on the '28.  I have an SX-28 (build date December of 1941, no
less) that DOES work, has the "easy" caps replaced, but still needs those
done on the dark side (been putting it off), but it works swell and tracks
perfectly.  When I got it, just for grins, I used my old
thick-paper-soaked-in-99.8% alcohol trick for cleaning BETWEEN plates, and
it made a terrific difference.  Still, the plate-bending idea is one I'd
forgotten about, so thanks for the "rekindling".
