[Hallicrafters] SX-28 Recap

While hardly a "newbie" at repair/restoration/et. al., I have a WORKING 
SX-28 of 12/41 vintage!.. and know there are RECOMMENDED ways of doing those 
caps 'on the dark side'.  This one is partially recapped, but yep.. I get to 
go into the celler for the buried ones.  I've found a few sites that seem 
founded in fact, but is there one that describes the BEST way to complete 
this ardious task?
