[Hallicrafters] IF Can and Recap.

Good news, chaps.  I was able to get an OEM IF can (for an SX-28), that was 
essentially NIB.  Astounding what hides in the dark.  It even still had the 
typed paper label with the Halli' p/n.  Thanks "hugely" to Jerry McCarty.

Oh, and I've read much about recapping the '28.  Most say to remove the RF 
"cage", while a few say it can be done without that bit of brain-damage. 
What say the voices of experience?
