[Hallicrafters] Rare Knobs

I have a buddy with a 3D printer and scanner - we're gonna try to duplicate 
some of the rarer knobs, like those from SX-28As, SX-62s, SX-71s, Collins 
75A4s, etc.  Depending on the time involved, we just might have something 
there.  I do NOT think however, that the original media would take the 
stress, so we'd have to find some different media.  A work in progress.
