Hi David,
     Yes, propagation is a crap-shoot.  Last wk it was very short, I had 
ckins 300 mi. or so away, unusual, but strong, some fairly fast QSB. 
Also longer stns.  Some wks it's "summertime lousy", sometimes OK.  I 
regularly hear Alabama, no. & so. of the state, some FL stns - panhandle 
area, so should hear you OK.  Keep trying.  We try to get net ctrl help 
from various areas.
     Cupla wks ago it was so bad we quit early after talking between net 
ctrls for a while, few ckins.
